EggPlantEgg 茄子蛋
EggPlantEgg 茄子蛋 has become a darling of the Taiwanese indie rock scene since their debut album in 2017, Cartoon Character, which garnered them Best New Artist and Best Taiwanese Album in the 2018 Golden Melody Awards (Taiwan’s version of the Grammy’s). Singing primarily in Taiwanese with a sound that merges classic rock with blues and soulful vocals, they’ve taken their unique sound internationally to audiences all over Asia and most recently to SXSW 2019. Their latest album We are Gonna Get Married was just released in September.
