Enno Cheng | Tēnn Gî-lông 鄭宜農
Starting her career as an actor and screenwriter, Enno Cheng later branched into music both with the band Tiger Chocolate (猛虎巧克力) and as a solo singer-songwriter. “Jade Heart” was originally written for the ending credits of a public television mini-series called The Coming Through (奇蹟的女兒), an adaptation of a novel dealing with labor issues and working conditions for female workers in the export processing zone during Taiwan’s economic miracle in the 1970s. With its moving lyrics and ethereal melodies, "Jade Heart went" on to be nominated for Best Composition at the 2019 Golden Melody Awards.
